Family Fun Day 2017

Thank you to everyone who made FAMILY FUN DAY 2017 a huge success!

Our sponsors and donors as well as our staff and volunteers make community programs like this possible. We had over 100 family members and friends in attendance, we met our fundraising goal, and we had a great time playing together at Sensations Therafun.  They enjoyed adapted zip lining, rock wall climbing, art projects, swings, and much more.

Diane Wilush is the President and CEO of United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia and United Cerebral Palsy of South Carolina as well as a founding member of Georgia’s Service Provider Association for Developmental Disabilities. Additionally, she is the Chair of the Board of Trustees for the National United Cerebral Palsy Organization. Diane came to UCP of Georgia in 1994 and took the small nonprofit that was serving only the Atlanta area and grew it to serving over 500 individuals and families in two states. She is a leader that works one-on-one with families who call her for assistance but also is known for her policy and advocacy expertise, which is why she is the perfect candidate for our 2017 Queenie award. Congratulations Diane!

And a special thank you to our Presenting Sponsor for Family Fun Day, Reliable Heating & Air, Plumbing & Electrical.  Our families and children had such a great day because of their support.
